The hose makes it easy to reach all your cannabis plants. Including any plants in the back!
…or plant trays to catch runoff water. Can be more convenient if you’ve got lots of cannabis plants.
Use a big syringe to suck up the runoff water. Easy and silent!
Idea: Make it easier to remove runoff by putting a tiny waterproof item (water jug caps, plastic game pieces, coins, etc.) under the back of the tray or saucer. This puts the tray or saucer on a slight tilt, so water drains forward. Just a few centimeters of lift is all you need, and water pools to the front.
This is the watering method I personally use and recommend it for cannabis growers. If you want to go deeper into the topic of watering, keep reading! Which Strains Are Tough Against Problems? Some strains tend to be sensitive to any problem. Even a small amount of overwatering or a poor environment can cause them to grow slow, get deficiencies, or reduce yields.
For example, Critical Kush is a great strain, but apparently can't handle the heat. At least for this plant, leaves turned brown and buds stayed tiny even though it was only 85°F / 30°C (which is warm but not insane).
Yet other strains can be in the same exact situation and THRIVE! For beginners, it's often helpful to choose a hardy, tough strain. That way you can make some mistakes and still get fast growth and excellent yields! Here are two strains that can go to hell and back, and barely notice!
Sour Diesel - Can handle the HEAT This strain thrives at warmer temperatures and higher light intensity than most other
strains. Of course you should fix your environment if you can, but sometimes that's not possible. If you're struggling with heat, a heat-resistant strain like Sour Diesel can make your life easier! This Sour Diesel plant went through a MAJOR heat
wave. Temperatures stayed above 95°F (30°C) for over a week and plants grew too close to the grow light. Yet the Sour Diesel only got a few yellow leaves, and still produced excellent yields and bud quality.
The other plants in this tent didn't even survive, yet the Sour Diesel produced buds like baseball bats!
Blue Dream - All-around friendly to beginners Blue Dream is a magical mix of being easy-to-grow with big yields and potent, dreamy
bud effects. With this Seed Supreme version, sometimes the Blue Dream plants are green, though occasionally plants turn purple in the late flowering stage. These 7 plants grown by Chuck are all Blue Dream seeds, but only 2 plants turned fully purple. The others just had
purple-tinted buds. However, all the plants produced captivating, strong-yet-relaxing bud effects!

On the subject of organic growing, we have been using living
soil for auto-flowering strains with our grows a few times now and the results have been excellent. Your guide on training autos helped a lot with yields. I have attached a couple of pics from our latest grow of Gorilla Glue #4 Auto from Seed Supreme.
This one plant weighed in at 3.2 ozs. We are using two HLG 600 r-spec lights in an 8x8 space. ~Dean

cannabis can be a relaxing hobby in and of itself, but it also saves you money and keeps you from having to deal with shady characters. Cannabis is much easier to grow than people give it credit for, and growing in water doesn't increase the difficulty much, if any. But whether you want to grow in water, coco, or a different medium, we'll show you how easy it can be!"
