Drying weed can make or break the smell and smokability of your bud.
But many growers are set up for failure.
Most drying instructions assume you have ideal drying conditions around 60°F (16°C) and 60% RH.
But how many home growers actually have that environment? Almost none.
As a result, you can dry buds "perfectly"
and still end up with buds that smell like hay, burn poorly, or make you cough.
You don't need "ideal" drying conditions for good weed, and there is no one best drying method. There is only the right method for your environment.
And many growers think they're drying too fast, but often poor smell comes from drying buds too much, leaving buds dry with little smell.
Our book HARVEST shows you how to know
exactly when to stop drying, avoid common drying mistakes, and get great results in your setup.
